Natalie

Natalie is our fearless Office Manager. She is the one who keeps us all on track so that we can do our best work for each customer and project. Natalie handles the administrative side of the business, including finances and human resources.

Natalie loves making sure Sinn is a great place to work by researching benefits packages that meet the needs of our team and planning for our long-term business health. As a numbers person, she appreciates that her skills contribute to running the business efficiently so that we can maintain reasonable prices while providing a great career for our employees. When she’s not at work, Natalie can be found hanging out with her husband and kids. They love tailgating at Penn State Football games, traveling, and spending time outside. She loves being out in nature, especially when she can catch a beautiful sunset.
